I would not recommend the Easy Breather pillow to stomach sleepers. While it is an adjustable pillow and you can remove fill to achieve a low loft for a stomach sleeper, I think you’ll end up removing almost all the fill, which doesn’t seem worth the money to me. I’d go with a softer, lower loft pillow - check out our best pillows for stomach sleepers. The Easy Breather is a down alternative pillow, but I would caution fans of traditional down pillows that it has a very different feel.
