<p>I can say that it's poorly designed because I own the both this larger one & the standard size. The standard size does not cause ear pain becauae when you turn to the side, your ear has relief in the feature meant for the ear. THIS piece of junk huge pillow is not useable for anyone but a giant! The pillow case is good. The foam is good. The height even on this larger one is good. The design being sooo much largee is NOT good! The ear feature is proportionallly in tge wrong place which makes for painful, impossibly uncomfortable sleeping! I hate it so much! Why? Why? Why?
