Paramedics found three sex-enhancing drugs in Shane Warne's luxury Thai hotel room after his death in 2022, a report has claimed.

Mail Online exclusively revealed that the super-strong sex drug Kamagra was discovered at the luxury villa where the cricket legend passed away - but was then quietly disposed of by investigating police officers, according to sources in Thailand.

The 52-year-old died in March 2022 from a massive heart attack while on a 'lads' holiday' on the tropical island of Koh Samui.

A post-mortem examination conducted in Thailand determined the legendary playboy cricketer, known for his love of gambling and partying, died of 'natural causes' and that he suffered from congenital heart weakness. It also ruled out any foul play.

In addition to Kamagra, paramedics also found the drug Sildenafil - which is commonly marketed as viagra mg sizes - and Dapoxetine, a pill used to treat premature ejaculation, in the spin bowler's room, according to a report in The Sun.

Medics who took Warne to Koh Samui's Thailand International Hospital referred to the three drugs under the heading 'medicine' when they made their report, according to the publication.

Paramedics who were called to the luxury Thai villa where Shane Warne (pictured) died found three sex-boosting drugs in the room, according to a new report

While the post-mortem examination found there was no foul play in the cricket legend's death, police were ordered to omit the presence of one of the drugs in Warne's room in their report, a senior Thai officer exclusively told Mail Online

More than three years after his death, a senior police officer at the scene has revealed that he was ordered to remove a bottle of Kamagra, a super-strength sex drug known as 'Viagra jelly' from the room where he died.

The drug, which is available over the counter in Thailand, was found close to Warne's body, raising speculation that a key factor that may have contributed to his death was covered up.

The presence of the drug in the room was omitted from the police report into his death in Thailand.

The officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told MailOnline: 'We were ordered by our seniors to get rid of the bottle. These orders were coming from up high, and I think senior officials from Australia were also involved because they did not want their national figure to have an ending like this.

'So, the official report came out as that he suffered a heart attack and no other details as to what could have caused it. No one will come out to confirm the Kamagra because it remains a sensitive subject. There were lots of powerful invisible hands behind all this.'

The source added: 'It was a bottle, but we don't know how much he took. There was also a puddle of vomit and blood at the scene, but we cleared the Kamagra as we were told to.'

Following his death, Thai police confirmed that they would fast-track procedures to ensure the sporting great's body was sent home as soon as possible, further raising speculation over how much consideration was taken to fully investigate what cau muscle pain, stomach upset and rash - all linked to increased blood flow.

During a glittering international career spanning 15 years, Warne was known as much for his prolific cricketing skills as his prodigious sexual appetites and partying lifestyle.

His ten-year marriage to Simone Callahan, the mother of his three children collapsed amid claims of his serial infidelity. He was also engaged to British model Liz Hurley, but the pair broke up before marrying.

And just three years before his death there were media reports that he had enjoyed a four-way sex party with his lover and two escorts at his London home that was so noisy that neighbours complained.

During his ill-fated stay in Koh Samui, Warne was staying at the luxurious Smujana Villas resort and was on a boys trip with three other friends, arriving with them on the tropical paradise on Thursday 3 March.

The villas, which come with their own infinity pool, cost anything between £1,000 to £4,000 per night and overlook the stunning Gulf of Thailand.

After settling into the villa, Warne spent the first part of his first full day on the island visiting his favourite tailor and ordered five blazers, ten pairs of slacks, five pairs of shorts and another five shirts.

Casually dressed in shorts, wearing a cap and holding his phone, Warne appeared at ease as he made his way through the foyer and back to his room.

Bovi, who worked at the Lana Health Massage on Koh Samui, told a friend: 'Shane was a really lovely man.

The two women were the last to see him alive and were interviewed by Thai police, who revealed that they were crucial to the investigation.

But MailOnline can reveal that following this, the massage parlour was shut down and the women told to leave the island. Their whereabouts are currently unknown.

A source in Koh Samui said: 'The police told them to leave the island because Warne's death caused a lot of international attention which was not good for tourism. There are still a lot of unanswered questions as to what actually happened and both women thought it would be safer for them to keep a low profile.'

Warne was also due to have a foot rub by the pool from a masseuse nicknamed Pen who told MailOnline that he did not answer the door when she knocked.

Following the massage from the two women, Warne watched the Australia against Pakistan Test match from his room and was due to meet his friends for dinner later that evening.

He was discovered unconscious by his pal Andrew Neophitou, an executive producer on a documentary about the cricketer who had gone to his room ahead of their planned evening out.
