A former real estate agent boss who previously narrowly avoided jail after attacking a woman with a samurai sword has been arrested over an alleged late-night altercation which left a man and  <a href="https://viasite.imweb.me">비아그라 구매</a> woman injured and sparked a siege.<br/><br/>Karl Adon Howard,  <a href="https://sentripshop.imweb.me">시알리스사이트</a> 48, who is on a good behaviour bond over the previous 2021 incident, remains in hospital under police guard after an alleged assault at a unit in Sydney's inner-west on Sunday night, which allegedly stemmed from a love triangle.<br/><br/>Police were called to the complex in Burt Street, Rozelle just before 11pm after reports of an assault.<br/><br/>A woman aged in her 30s and a man, 40, were treated for facial injuries and head wounds before they were rushed to St Vincent's Hospital.<br/><br/>Police allege that Howard was involved in a brief stand-off with police before he was arrested and taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital under police guard.<br/><br/>'A 48-year-old man was arrested a short time later, after police negotiated his exit from a unit,' a police spokesperson told Daly Mail Australia.<br/><br/>As of Monday night, Howard has not yet been charged over the alleged incident but has been issued with two provisional apprehended violence orders to protect the victims who were allegedly injured, the Daily Telegraph reported.<br/><br/>The incident was allegedly sparked by the woman returning to her former partner, which aggravated Howard.<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>Former real estate agent Karl Adon Howard (pictured) remains under police guard in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital after an alleged altercation on Sunday night<br/><br/>The police will interview Howard when his condition improves.
