This warranty does not cover a normal increase/decrease in softness due to fluctuations in atmospheric temperature, damage due to abnormal usage, or if your pillow gets wet. If a SleepRight Pillow is defective and otherwise covered by this warranty, you are entitled to receive one replacement pillow. Please do not exchange your product at the store from which it was purchased. Or, you may mail these items to the following address at a mailing cost to you. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the original purchase date.
